Independent engineering firm
We build software that moves your business forward.
AI, web and cloud engineering for banks, manufacturers and retailers — built to the reliability, security and auditability standards their operations require.
Every enquiry is answered by a senior engineer within one business day.
About the firm
- Team
- You work with the buildersNo account layer in between — the people who scope your work are the people who build it.
- Sectors
- 6Focused deliberately rather than covering everything.
- Client work
- EarlyWe publish references once clients allow it — not before.
What we do
Six service lines, one accountable delivery team
Advisory, engineering and operations under one contract — so you brief a single partner and answer to a single set of results.
Not sure where to start?
Bring us the problem. We will scope it before quoting it.
Sectors we deliver in
Six sectors where we already know the constraints
Each of these is a domain we have delivered in repeatedly. That is the difference between a partner who needs discovery from scratch and one who can start building.
Work outside these sectors is not a problem — our engineering practices transfer directly. We will tell you plainly on the first call where our direct experience ends and where we would be ramping up.
What to expect
We are early, so here is the process instead
We have not yet accumulated enough client work to publish honest case studies. What we can show you instead is exactly how an engagement runs, stage by stage.
- Step 01
Conversation
30 minutes, no charge
You describe the problem. We tell you whether this is a problem we can help with, and who else you should be talking to if we cannot.
- Step 02
Paid discovery
Two to four weeks
We map the current state, quantify the opportunity and produce a solution blueprint. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.
- Step 03
First release
Six to twelve weeks from discovery
A working increment against real scenarios, not a prototype. Agreed acceptance criteria decide whether it is done.
- Step 04
Handover
Scheduled from day one
Documentation, tests and a walkthrough with your team. We plan for your team to own the system from the outset.
We will publish a client reference once a client has reviewed the finished work, signed off on our description of it and agreed to be named. We will not paraphrase, anonymise into unrecognisability, or imply a relationship that does not exist.
Why Infromatin
Engage a partner, not a vendor
Technology decisions carry long-term cost. We are structured so our incentives align with the systems working well eighteen months after go-live.
Security and compliance by design
Threat modelling, code review and dependency scanning are part of delivery, not an assessment bolted on at the end.
Your first call is with the delivery team
No account layer in between. You speak with the people who will do the work, and they stay accountable through to go-live.
Measured against business outcomes
Technical milestones are tied to commercial targets — throughput, cost, risk — agreed before the work starts.
Systems that outlive the project
Documented architecture, automated tests and infrastructure as code, so your team can extend the work without us.
How we work and what we commit to
Commitments
“These are promises about how we work. None of them depend on how long we have been trading.”
How we operate
Tested on every engagement, from the first workshop onwards
What we hold ourselves to
- Written scope and acceptance criteria before any build begins
- Threat modelling and dependency scanning on every engagement
- Fortnightly working-software releases, never a big-bang handover
- Code, infrastructure and documentation yours from the first commit
- Accessible, keyboard-operable interfaces as an acceptance criterion
- Backup and recovery tested by restoring, not by assuming
About us
An engineering firm, not a services reseller
Our founders spent years inside banks and manufacturing plants before starting this firm, watching technology projects fail for reasons that had little to do with the technology.
We are a deliberately small firm of software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects and delivery leads. We do not staff engagements with junior associates supervised on site — the person who scopes your project is the one who builds it.
Our focus is deliberately narrow: six sectors rather than a claim on all of them. Knowing the regulatory perimeter of a bank or the failure modes of a press line shortens discovery and avoids the mistakes a generalist agency would make twice on your account.
We are early, and we would rather say that plainly than dress it up. We do not have a long list of client references yet. What we can offer is a discovery you own whether or not you continue with us, and work documented properly enough to outlive our involvement.
Outcomes over output
We define success in commercial terms at the start of every engagement and measure against it at the end.
Radical clarity
Scope, cost and trade-offs are documented in writing. You always know what you are buying and what it depends on.
Build to be handed over
We would rather leave your team capable of owning the system than build a dependency on us.
Common questions
What clients ask before signing
If your question is not answered here, we would rather discuss it directly.
You are a young company. Why should we trust you with this?
You should not trust us on the basis of a track record, because we do not have a long one yet. Judge us on the discovery output you own whether or not you continue with us, on the specificity of our questions in the first call, and on whether we tell you when you are wrong about something. If none of that convinces you, we will say so on the call rather than push.
Do you work with our existing technology stack?
Yes. We work inside most enterprise estates — packaged business applications, legacy core banking, mainframe-adjacent systems and proprietary platforms. Where we think change is warranted, we document the commercial and technical case before proposing it.
How do you handle data security and regulatory compliance?
Security is built into delivery rather than assessed afterwards. We run threat modelling, code review, dependency scanning and penetration testing on every engagement, and maintain an audit trail for compliance evidence. For regulated sectors we design against your stated obligations from the first workshop.
What engagement models do you offer?
Fixed-scope projects with defined deliverables, time and materials for genuinely open work, and dedicated team extensions for ongoing development. Most engagements start with a paid discovery that you own either way.
Will you work with our existing internal team?
Yes, and we prefer to. We can work alongside your team, lead delivery where it suits, or hand over with knowledge transfer at the end. The goal is your team being able to own what we built.
What happens after go-live?
Every engagement includes a support period with defined response times, plus optional ongoing monitoring under a support agreement. We would rather hand over cleanly than engineer a dependency on ourselves.

What happens next
A senior engineer reviews your enquiry, then we schedule a 30-minute discovery call within one business day.
What to send
Current systems, the problem you are trying to solve, and any regulatory constraints that apply to you.
What it costs
Nothing. The first conversation is a qualification call, not a sales presentation.
Bring us the problem you have been avoiding
Most of our engagements start with a single difficult system nobody wanted to own. A 30-minute call is enough for us to tell you whether we can help.
