Our work
We are early, and we would rather say so
We do not publish client case studies, because we have not yet worked with enough clients to produce honest ones. Inventing them would be the fastest way to earn your trust and the surest way to lose it.
We are a young firm, and that means our first clients took a risk by trusting us. We think the honest response to that is not to fill a portfolio with invented metrics — it is to make the process visible enough for you to judge us on it.
So this page describes what actually happens: the stages, who does the work, what you receive at the end of each, and how long it takes. If that matches what you need, we are worth a conversation.
When we will publish references
We will publish a client reference once a client has seen the finished work, signed off on our description of it, and agreed to be named. We will not paraphrase, anonymise into unrecognisability, or imply a relationship that does not exist.
What to expect
A first engagement, stage by stage
This is our standard path. It is deliberately front-loaded with the parts that are hardest to change later.
- Step 01
Conversation
30 minutes, no charge
You describe the problem. We tell you whether this is a problem we can help with, and who else you should be talking to if we cannot.
- Step 02
Paid discovery
Two to four weeks
We map the current state, quantify the opportunity and produce a solution blueprint. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.
- Step 03
First release
Six to twelve weeks from discovery
A working increment against real scenarios, not a prototype. Agreed acceptance criteria decide whether it is done.
- Step 04
Handover
Scheduled from day one
Documentation, tests and a walkthrough with your team. We plan for your team to own the system from the outset.
Skip the pitch. Describe the problem.
If you would rather test us with a real problem than a case study, that is a better use of a first conversation anyway.
