Privacy Policy

How Infromatin Technologies collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website.

Last updated 1 October 2026

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, company, work email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and the project details you provide. We collect nothing else about you through this site.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to measure how this website is used. No analytics script is loaded, and nothing is sent to Google, unless you accept analytics on the consent banner shown on your first visit. We do not run advertising trackers or session-recording tools.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry data for one purpose: to respond to you and to assess whether we are able to help. If we take on work, we retain relevant enquiry records for the period required by tax and contractual record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Your consent choice is remembered for six months, after which we ask again.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Where an engagement follows, records are retained for the statutory retention period applicable to business records in India, currently eight years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred.

How it is protected

Enquiry data is stored in access-controlled systems with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We do not ask for passwords, payment details or government identifiers through this form.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to withdraw consent for processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days.

You also have the right to lodge a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.

Analytics and cookies

Where you accept analytics we set one cookie recording that choice, plus the cookies Google Analytics uses to distinguish visitors and sessions. Declining means no analytics cookie is set at all.

Google Analytics collects the pages you visit, the referring site, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. We use it in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow.

Google acts as an independent controller for that data under its own privacy policy, and the data may be processed outside India, including in the United States.

You can change your decision at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which brings the banner back. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change. The current version was last revised on 1 October 2026. Material changes affecting your rights will be notified by email to anyone who has provided their details to us.
