Services

Cloud & Infrastructure

The platform you land on: landing zones, container orchestration, delivery pipelines and the observability to know when something breaks.

In this engagement

  • A landing zone with separated environments, guardrails and cost visibility by team
  • Infrastructure defined as code, version controlled and reviewable before it is applied
  • Delivery pipelines with automated testing, staged promotion and rollback
  • Monitoring, alerting and on-call runbooks tied to defined service objectives

Most cloud problems are not performance problems. They are governance problems: environments that can reach each other when they should not, credentials that outlive the people who held them, and no reliable answer to what changed last Tuesday.

We build infrastructure that answers those questions by default. Environments are isolated by design, access is granted through documented roles rather than individual accounts, and every change to production leaves an auditable trail.

How engagements start

  • A platform assessment against the controls you are required to evidence
  • A landing zone build with security and finance stakeholders in the room
  • A managed operations agreement with defined response times

Questions

What clients ask us first

If your question is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer it before you commit than after.

Do you lock us into one cloud provider?

No. We design against portable patterns — infrastructure defined as code, no provider-specific orchestration baked into application logic. Where a managed service is genuinely the right choice we will say what the switching cost would be to leave.

Who runs it after go-live?

That is your decision and we plan for it from the start. We can operate it under a support agreement, we can train your team to take it over with us reviewing, or we can hand it over cold with full documentation. The last option is less common but entirely supported.

How do you control cost?

Budgets and alerts by team from day one, tagging enforced at deployment, and a review of spend before each significant scale-up. We will also tell you when a workload is cheaper on demand than on a commitment — the answer is often yes.

Send us the problem in whatever detail you have. A senior engineer replies within one business day, and you will get an honest read on whether we are the right partner for it.
