These terms govern use of the Infromatin Technologies website and the basis on which we are engaged to supply professional services. They do not constitute an engagement: no obligations arise between us until a separate signed contract is in place.

Where a signed contract exists, its terms prevail over these wherever the two conflict.

We take care to keep the information here accurate, but it is provided for general information only. It is not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and it does not create a client relationship.

Sector-specific obligations described on this site are indicative. Your own compliance, legal or risk function remains the authority on how any requirement applies to your organisation.

Enquiries submitted through this site remain your property. We use them only to respond to you and to assess fit, as set out in our privacy policy.

All content on this site — text, design and code — is our property or licensed to us. You may reference and link to it. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes without written permission.

Fees, scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, intellectual property ownership, confidentiality, liability and termination are set out in the individual engagement contract for each piece of work. We do not vary those terms here.

Unless agreed otherwise in that contract, work product is licensed to you on completion and payment. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are provided in editable form in your repositories.

We treat all client information as confidential from first contact, whether or not an engagement follows. Confidentiality obligations survive the end of an engagement and are formalised in the engagement contract.

Liability arising from our work is governed exclusively by the engagement contract. Nothing on this website creates or limits any liability, and no statement here may be relied upon as a representation or warranty.

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Engagement contracts may specify different terms, which will be stated in that contract.
